Do not panic. Do not attempt to call CB or ETS with frantic pleas to release your score. Do not add me on Skype or email me asking for the number of some higher-up at ETS (Do I look like someone who really knows the head of security at ETS???)

Just be patient and check everyday to see if your scores are released. In most cases, after a cursory review of your test, for whatever reasons your scores were delayed in the first place, your score will be released within 1-2 weeks.

If not, then politely email ETS or CB inquiring as to what the delay is about and when your scores will be released.

Unfortunately, ETS and CB will not disclose any information concerning the delay in your case TO ANYONE, INCLUDING YOURSELF, until the investigation is finished (you can try calling and waiting for an hour and possibly extract some type of information from one of the operators), and if the investigation takes longer than expected, you will receive an email and case number and maybe a brief explanation to boot.

As much as you might hate to hear this, and as agonizing as it is to wait, patience is the only virtue you can practice in these unfortunate situations.
