IGETC Certification-UCSD (ERC Transfer Student)

So my CC counselor *ed up and told me i had enough units so that i could transfer but it turned out that i was missing 5 extra units so I had to take two online classes at two different community colleges during the spring semester, giving me 7 classes.
Because my two online classes were through a quarter system school, I finished about a little more then a week ago. Then it took a couple days for the teachers to turn in grades.
What I had to do next was send transcripts from both the online class community colleges to my actual community college where i had taken all my classes. And I keep calling to see if they have gotten the transcripts but no one pickup the phone.
I also sent out transcripts from each of the schools straight to UCSD as well. And I talked to a UCSD admissions officer, they told me to send an email to this one place explaining my situation and so I did.
However today I called UCSD again to see if they had received the transcripts fro the school and they said the website wouldn't be updated until the 13th or so. I had also asked them about the ERC transfer because I had read that they do no accept IGETC, so I asked if I even need to get my IGETC certified. She told me that I still did but I also told her I was worried that I might not be able to turn in my IGETC postmarked by the 15th because of all the things I have to go through. And then she asked me if I was a TAG student and I said I wasn't. Then she told me that as long as I get everything in by the end of the summer I would be fine and I wouldn't get my admission revoked or canceled. I don't know if I can fully trust her but it was still a sign of hope.
Oh and to make matters worse since they want high school transcripts, I had to send a letter to my boarding school I went to from sophomore to senior year in Canada for a transcript. And my freshmen year high school in norcal to send it to UCSD...ahhh.
That one counselor really *ed me over.
Sorry for the long rant but hopefully this helps some people with the July 15th Deadline, although I don't know if I can really believe it till I see it.

I am also really stressed out about getting my IGETC certification and transcripts in by the july 15th deadline. My community college said there is a strong chance that my IGETC certification won’t be sent in by the 15th so I told UCSD about it but they said that my college already informed them that were late in sending them over so they said that they would make an exception for me. Make sure you get the rep’s name and phone number who told you it was OK if you could get it in by the end of summer.

I am also worried about my transcripts not being able to get there on the 15th. I sent them by first class mail a week ago but the post office’s site still hasn’t confirmed the delivery and are saying they are still on the way. My other college said they have sent it but now I am just doubting everything. So its not just you, rest assured!

This IGETC certification deadline is for people planning to attend university THIS fall, correct?

yup, this fall
