<p>Hi,</p>
<p>I applied to UCI for the Fall of 2008 Quarter [Psyc and Social Behavior Major] but I still have not heard from them! I know I am not alone. </p>
<p>Anyway, I am not doing well in my required Math Course (Statistics), in fact I do not think I am going to pass the class. I missed important lectures because my Grandma died and my mind was somewhere else. I have not been able to catch up and I doubt I will pass the class.</p>
<p>If I get admitted into UCI will they rescind my application because I didn't pass Stats? I am almost positive they will. I am depressed about this even though I have no one to blame but myself for this problem. </p>
<p>The Good News: I found an online Stats class that I have registered for at Foothill College. The quarter is considered their Spring, do you think UCI will still accept me since I will technically pass my required math course in the Spring. Although, this online class is very difficult to follow, it doesn't even come with a textbook!</p>
<p>Obviously, Math is NOT my strongest subject. If I end up failing this Math course what are the chances that UCI will let me re-take Stats in the Summer and still admit me into the Fall Quarter?
I've heard of Transfer students that were admitted to UCI by passing Stats in the Summer. </p>
<p>If not, I am going to apply to UCI through their TAG program for the Winter Quarter. A UC counselor informed me that Financial Aid is different for students that apply in the Winter. It's dire that I receive as much aid as I can get. </p>
<p>I did get accepted to CSUs and I am begging to think I should just attended school there in the Fall. But I really DON'T want to.</p>
<p>Excuse me for the lengthy post, I just have so much anxiety about this!</p>
