I know that my test scores are low, but I am just very bad at taking standardized tests. Also with ACTs is it possible to mix the scores because than I would have a 30-31ish…or should I just send both reports to all my colleges?

Thank you,

as you know, your test scores are low. you should ask brandeis admissions directly about their policy in terms of mixing ACT scores. being from Waltham probably helps as they want to build strong ties with the community. i would apply but i think that you are aware your low scores might be a problem.

good luck!

Re: mixing scores to get a new ACT composite. As if last year, when I applied, they did. That's what my regional rep told me. Which was good, because my highest composite with writing was a 29, but my highest sub-scores created a 31. So I kind of had the same situation as you do now. And obviously I got accepted!

Otherwise I think you're a really solid candidate.

LMAO

oh hey raghu!! applying to brandeis??

its sam :)

yes of course sam...isnt this the greatest site everr!

Those scores are reallly risky.... especially when you are applying for scholarship. i would say, show the admissions office that brandeis is ultimately your first option. then you may have a greater shot.
