Immunization Clarifcation

<p>So I've had TD, but not Tdap, which is what is recommended. I don't really have time to get the immunization and then send the form, so can I send the form saying I've had the TD shot and then get Tdap? </p>

<p>I haven't had the Meningococcal Vaccine either, but would like to have it at some point. If I waive my right to have it, can I get it once I get to Cornell? Or again, waive my right and then get it? </p>

<p>I haven't had Hepatitis A or several others, is that going to be a problem? I've had Hepatitis B but don't know whether it was energix or recombivax.</p>

<p>Contact Gannett Health Services via e-mail or phone call. They can best advise you as to what you need to be up to date. On a side note, a student just died of meningitis after returning home from her Freshman year, although apparently she did have the vaccine.</p>
