Impact of previous admissions decisions?

I'm considering transferring next year (freshman at the university of Maryland, full ride but thinking it might not be worth it) and the two schools I'm thinking about are ones I was accepted to last year and turned down for the full ride (swarthmore and Georgetown). I was just wondering, does the fact that I got in before bode well for my transfer app (not making it a given that I get in but giving me a decent shot) or will it make them less likely to admit me because I've turned them down before?
Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated :)

Getting in before and applying again shows you have a consistent interest in the school. Otherwise, you will be treated the same as everyone else. College work is how your talents and abilities are measured. Someone who did great in high school and got accepted might be having trouble in college and will get rejected.

I think that having been accepted as a fr at these colleges indicates that you are a competitive transfer candidate. I don’t think turning them down is a problem, schools know that factors such as finances are a strong consideration. My D1 turned down several schools for a full ride and was still accepted as a soph transfer to those schools.
