can anyone who accomplished this feat give me advice. I barely prepared last time-i reviewed 3 real act tests.
I am buying barron 36. I am taking it in oct, will this be enough time to raise my score by 3 points? Anyways, how long did it ttake people with similar scores to achieve this?

I improved from a 32 on the Feb '10 ACT to a 35 on the April '10 ACT. I took a class from the princeton review (met once a week for 3 hours) offered through my school. Over the course of the class we worked our way through the entire “cracking the ACT” book and selections from the 1,296 book (I probably finished half of it). If you focus and review consistently between now and the test, then a 3 point increase is possible. Remember, at this point in the process that it isn’t enough to merely review till you can answer questions about that specific subject correctly (say coordinate geometry or comma usage), you need review until you rarely get questions wrong.
