Nope. I am applying from the caribbean and prep courses are not offered in my island.

I understand all the math concepts and the writing rules/grammar. I thought I'd get at least a 650 on writing for the december test but ..... only got 590.

bump.....,...............anyone?

Math: get Gruber's and Rocket Review if money isn't a problem

CR: get Direct Hits Volumes 1 & 2 for Vocabulary; Rocket Review for strategies

Writing: get Kaplan book and review basic grammar rules.

Just do a lot of practice.

Also, if you don't already have it, get the Official CollegeBoard 8 SAT Test Book (a.k.a. The Blue Book).

Do a lot of practice and try to figure out afterwards why you choose the wrong answer and why the correct answer is right, etc.
