in school suspension

So last week, I got ISS and it just got over last Friday (I had 4 days). It was for a computer violation, I got into my email and I wasn't supposed to. My assistant principal told me it doesn't go to colleges or something? Does my counselor have to include it in my Mid Year Report for the common app? My AP said it only goes to colleges if you've actually been "suspended" or "expelled." An in school suspension, you're still in school getting full credit, etc.

Yeah I've been in-school suspended and had detentions lots of times for silly things (wearing flipflops, blah) and apparently none of them go on your record to send to college. Only an outright suspension/expulsion gets sent.

wow.. even if it did they wouldn't care. you are SUCH a rebel you were checking e-mail!! omg thats definitely enough for a college to not want to accept you.

haha. i always check my email at school.
