In-state tuition for out-of state student?

So I had lived in GA my entire life until August when my family moved to Florida just before my senior year of high school. After a month or so here, and upon discovering how terrible my new school is, my parents agreed to allow me to go back to school in GA to live with my best friend to finish out my senior year at my old school. However, I won't qualify for HOPE (the GA scholarship) since my parents live in Florida, but I don't want to lose the possibility of in-state tuition altogether. So, if I go back to my GA school but keep my FL license and tags and FL address, but graduate from a GA school, can I still get in-state tuition for FL schools since I'm a dependent student and residency goes through the parent?

You may end up giving up your opportunity for bright futures (florida’s version of the hope scholarship) if you don’t attend school in florida. Are you willing to do that?

Also keep in mind that since you no longer live in GA, if you attend a GA public school, the state of GA and the county in which you attend school, can and possibly will bill your parents for the cost of attending public school as an OOS/Out of city student.

You should get in-state tuition for Florida since it is based on parental residence, however as sybbie notes you forfeit Bright Futures eligibility if you do not graduate from a Florida high school.
