alright this was ridiculous but we can stop now.

You're wound way way way too tight. Calm down. If you don't get into Rice, you'll go to UT and wind up in the same exact career position 10 years from now anyways. And having spent $40,000 less.

well, now that we know how you feel about Rice...haha

I strongly disagree with the statement about careers and going to UT. You might be in a better position by going to UT, or you may be in a better position by going to Rice. It's all about what you make of the opportunities at whatever university you attend... and I think it's fair to say that Rice has many more opportunities than UT (less students competing for each opportunity). So far, I've found this to be Rice's greatest strength: OPPORTUNITIES.

silly: worrying about a B; obviously centering your entire school career around "looking good for colleges"
just as silly: tryin to get some killer burns in on this kid
on the internet

I got a C+ in AB calc, a B- in ap Literature, a B in Ap physics and an A- in Ap gov. How badly will that C+ affect my chances? I got all A's and A+'s throughout highschool.

...seriously no one is perfect. Just chillax, your fate is already sealed.

Um...I'd just like everyone to know that I'm fine now, not crying and I've decided to just keep my grades up and watch a bunch of reality TV and read alot of manga/fanfiction/other useless junk to distract myself from anxiety and keep my stress level down. By the way, reality TV is great for making you feel better. At least I know that no matter what college I get into I'll never wind up like the ex stripper/gold digger going after some bald wig-wearing rock star, I don't have the courage nor the foolishness required to go through the surgery necessary. But in all seriousness I'm over it. For now :)

If only two people passed, the biggest failure was your teacher.
