In the acceptance letter: "acceptance is contingent upon..."

“Acceptance is contingent upon satisfactory completion of your senior year at a level in keeping with the strong record you presented at the time of your admission.”

It’s great being accepted and all but this sentence makes me so nervous!! Will they take away my acceptance if I do something wrong finishing HS…
How serious should this sentence be taken?
Is it like you just have to GRADUATE from HS or do you have to maintain good grades etc…

eek :/

Hmm...I think they will understand if your grades slip a little. But you might be in trouble if you fail a considerable amount of your classes.

They VERY, VERY (very!) RARELY rescind admission. If you do absolutely terribly your last semester (fail a class, or get a bunch of C's and D's) they'll write you a stern letter and put you immediately on academic probation when you get here. Which just means you have to meet with your Dean periodically and not fail any classes here.
