<p>Talk to your advisor/an ECE advisor. You probably need around a 3.5 to switch into ECE but that’s just my guess.</p>

Meeting minimums gets you considered not necessarily in and you may need higher than the 3.0 minimum college GPA to actually get in; how high can vary from year to year because transfer depends significantly on seats that become open in any particular year and number who apply for them. Moreover, achieving the high grades necessary for transfer may not be easy.</p>
