I dont know how York rejected u... Do u remember about my emails with York, about which I told u? Thats why, couldnt believe that decision for u. Still, Imperial is better than YORK :)

yeah

it's really unbelievable... I can't understand it... this sucks like hell...
I have now 3 rejections under the belt.. I think more than any international here

it doesnt matter how many rejections you receive, as-long as you receive the right number of acceptances.........................................................

........... that number is 1, since you can only go to 1 college at the time!

and you already have 1 acceptance, and thats more than most people on this forum as well!

so dont be sad, be happy :)

hehe my scholo isnt really a full ride. for one im australian, and i live in melbourne, so it's not as tough to get it compared to if i was an international. and its not really a full ride. i have no tuition fees for 4 out of the 5 years (my double degree takes 5 years), but I get a 2000 allowance per year for four years, so i guess by the time my last year of uni comes, i would probably have saved enough to pay for my fees using my allowance=) it's a pretty good deal =D hehehehe

Congrats, still, Jess. Due to time diff I'm fuzzy-brained and unable to understand all of what you said, but YAY. Sounds like a good deal, like you said. (Those key words!)

I understand :p. Which scholarship did you get jay?

Oh DNA, my high school teacher did advise us NOT to apply to different courses in the UK universities. Yep, just apply to one course. APplying to different courses often means that you are fickle-minded and you dont know what you are trying to achieve... But oh well, IMperial Is a GREAT school! The fact that it's out of the UNiversity of London... that shows that Imperial is getting more prestigious I think! :p Congrats!

Hey, DNA, sorry for your loss. I suppose your essay was a little too geared to one side. I applied to 6 on UCAS last year, either biotech or biochem. Concentrated more on biotech in my essay than biochem, but meh...it was close-ish.

Also, no worries. Come April, you'll be joined by other fellow Intel CC'ers with tears and rejection envelopes. I'll be the first in line. :)

Stupid York.

an access one...my ENTER wasnt high enough for a national scholarship:p

Plus IMPERIAL sounds more fancy and prestigious and puff-puff, than YORK. york reminds me of egg yolk.

I applied to York University in Toronto, Canada...

Who all had their SAT RT last Saturday?
I had...and I guess it went fine. :)

i did too....it went fine except for a little 'wet-pant' incident...

hahaha thats funny sure..

neways .. best of luck for the SAT RESULTS DAY..

SM

i gave sat 2 chem on saturday . . went fine i think. twas a bit long though, thought it wouldve been shorter.
