International SAT 2011 December

I think it should be redundancy because the writer must apply the practice of choosing the best word for every single word, so there is a a redundancy of the action or practice being carried out.

Does anyone remember the answer with

5/12 or 12/5 ??

I was looking back at the 2009 US Forum and they were talking about this question.

What was the question?

Also, wat do u think 2 wrongs in the Grid-section will give me?
It counts as 2 omits… What do u think i will get on math if I got everything else correct?

Guys, I have 2 question.

10th section (WR-10 min) last question: Was correct answer “but also direct choir” or “but also choir” ?

In math section, according to graph, what was consecutive years percent drop? something like 8500–>7300, or 8250–>7300. What was the correct answer? 15% or 10%

@katakun: I chose 15 %

katakun

for 2nd one, it’s 10%

I chose 10% as well, but I was really unsure, cause it’s a horrible question. On one practice test, I had to estimate the diameter of a circle with the area of a square in it given. These question SUCK, dear college board! :smiley:
Where one person sees 100 units difference for 1mm, another may see 150.

I chose 10% as well, but I can’t quite recall the question now.

@bastion39, it was 12/5…but I can’t recall the question either.

Guys again!!
Does anyone remember the answer with

5/12 or 12/5 ??

I was looking back at the 2009 US Forum and they were talking about this question.

What was the question?

Guys!! also
what was the question for the “amused disbelief” answer in the old china dog passgae?
Im urgent so if you know plz tell me

Heyyy there was this question in section 10: the resources required for survival in the … desert are… What was the answer to this one?

Did anyone get the pentagon question? I feel so stupid but I have no idea how that was done :(

hmm… a few days have passed since we’ve taken the test but if I remember correctly the answer was 36… I remember I subtracted 108 from 180 then I divided by 2… I’m not sure if I remember correctly though…

@adi2915 – I think I put ‘survival in’ in that resources required… Question … Btw was it in the experimental section or in section 10?

@NaderMekadis: 36 is correct.

@sweetalice10 : which one was correct?? : (a) survival in the old moche region requires the same resources as what you would need to survive the cold winter of the Arctic

OR

(b) survival in the old moche region requires the same resources as survival in the cold winter of the Arctic.

Please someone tell me what’s the answer to this writing question? I think it was the last question of the test…
The answer is either of this 2 - “but also direct choir” or “but also choir” ?
because the earlier verb for orchestra or something is different…so i chose direct choir…

Am I correct? What is the answer??

@adi i’m pretty sure it was b)

@LFCYNWA i’m not sure about this one but i chose “but also choir”
the sentence did not only say orchestra but also marching band and i think the phrase “but also direct choir” would make the entire phrase lack parallelism?
In the sentence: He conducts the marching band, the orchestra, and directs the choir
‘the orchestra’ would lack a verb?

adi2915:

B) is correct. Parallelism.

Hey, How many no errors do you guys have? Was the one with one of the choices “for which” correct?

Everyone refers to this
