If I'm an international student, and my school does not rank, how would universities look at my school grade?

Everyone from my school has much much lower average. In my school 90 average is almost a miracle.
But I have got close to 2300 on SAT 1 and all 800s on SAT 2s.

Would the universities notice the general deflation or not?
If they do, how would they respond to it?

My high school also did not rank and was a pretty tough school, and I still managed to get into some really great schools. I also think the attraction of having an international student will probably outweigh any potential skepticism about the grade deflation.

A benevolent counselor can provide you with an estimated rank (e.g. that you are somewhere in the top 10% of your class) even if your school does not formally rank students.
