international studies... can't decide!

I've been accepted at Johns Hopkins, Georgetown, and Penn. I've heard amazing things about the international relations program at JH, but the Walsh School of Foreign Service (Gtown) has a great rep as well. Penn... I have no idea. The Wharton School is stellar for business majors, but I've been accepted at CAS.

In terms of lifestyle, I like an academically competitive, diverse environment where people aren't afraid to have some fun, but not a rowdy party school.

I'm pretty torn between these three. Anyone have suggests/insights on the matter?

Thanks!

i'd do gtown. it's located right in dc, so you'd have tons of internship ops. also, the dc nightlife is interesting and gtown's basketball program is strong = parties.
