International vs Local Applicants

I am an international applicant applying to UCB and while I generally have pretty decent-to-good SAT scores and ECs, there are quite a few other people applying from my school who have a US passport/even are residents of California. Usually UCB accepts around 2-3 people from my school, and I was wondering please as there are so many international applicants, my chances of getting in are really slim?

UC’s have capped the # of International and out of state applicants for all campuses. You can assume that it will make it more competitive to get an acceptance and being a CA resident will be an advantage.
