<p>Hi! I started trying to contact my EC via e-mail (I know I'm late :( ) yesterday but he has not responded. I'm going to call him today but if he does not answers I could die. The deadline is on Dec. 10 (prior to so today) and I don't know what to do. My mom already told me "I told you to contact him earlier" so please don't do that you too.</p>

I know how stressful the application process is.</p>
<p>Whilst Mollie is largely correct, speaking as an international EC, every year I get more than a dozen people who wait until 10 December to make contact, at least two of which leave the country within a week on holiday. For anyone who is reading this but who is not planning to apply in 2012, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE contact your EC early. It makes for a happier EC. I am no expert but if I was going to meet someone who was going to write 2500 deathless words on a conversation with me, I would have wanted that person to be happy.</p>
