<p>Absolutely! Not very many applicants do, so it will certainly set you apart from the crowd.</p>
<p>Make sure to specifically reference things you liked about the company/team/opportunity/etc. Also, be sure to highlight your skills as they apply to the specific things the interviewer is looking for. Your enthusiasm will be key as well.</p>

<p>its better to send it via mail if you have their address, but email is fine to and faster if that is all you have!</p>
