I just got an email from a duke alum talking about setting up and interview for me. My mom seems to think this is a good sign that they are considering my application, while I tend to think they set up interviews for everyone, if possible.
Who's more accurate here?

Well, I'm not exactly sure who's more accurate, but getting an interview is always a good thing (as long as nothing major goes wrong) :) I think it's probably because you sent in your supplement early and they are able to find an alumni nearby. Good luck with your interview!

that's what I figured. thanks!
I just scheduled it for this sunday! ahh I'm nervous already!

I'm sure you are gonna do just fine :) I was pretty nervous about mine as well (mainly b/c it's my first one and Duke is top choice). Just relax and show them what a great applicant you are! ^.^

what other college deadlines are upcoming soon to setup interview.
I know MIT and DUke, anywhere else?

thanks madrigal! :)

they try to arrange an interview for everyone who applies by the deadline and it is in no way an indication of your decision status.

yes but what deadlines, duke asked for all the stuff to be in by the 10th, but they want all of it by the 2nd of Jan
