I haven't been contacted with any information concerning an interview yet. Should I assume I won't have one or call and ask Admissions what the deal is?

i thought that georgetown required an interview for all applicants. i'd call the admissions office just to be safe

not EVERYONE interviews, but it’s very rare that you wouldn’t be required to. Unless you live in the middle of nowhere, they probably want you to interview but something got messed up with email. I would call admissions pronto.

Georgetown is one of the colleges that requires an interview. I was e-mailed with my interviewer’s name about 10 days after I did the pre-application (can’t remember the actual word–but what you had to pay before the actual application). You might want to call the admissions office, since Georgetown is one of the few that still require them-- and hope to see you there :)

I got in without interviewing. They sent me the contact information by email after I applied, but my interviewer never called or emailed me back. I sent a few frantic emails to the admissions office, and never heard back from them either, but it all worked out, so I suppose they waived it and were too busy to tell me. So send them an email, and then don’t worry about it too much.
