Intramural sports?

I'm just wondering which intramurals people are in an how they are.

What intramural sport(s) are you taking and which college? Do you like it?

and*
Sorry about that

IM Sports are awesome.

College: Michigan

Fall:
-Men’s Soccer: Pretty awesome. Love soccer so it was great. The team I put together of random guys in my dorm ended up being really REALLY good. Now every year we’ll try to get the team back together.
-Coed Soccer: Just as fun. More laid back though. Except late in the playoffs. Then things got real.

-both soccers have really loose rules. The IM refs don’t really know the rules. I should have gotten multiple yellow cards.

Flag football: Being at a Big Ten school, everyone takes this seriously (the guys) and everyone thinks they are the next Tom Brady/Braylon Edwards/etc. You can walk around after class and there are teams practicing running routes and having scrimmages. Played for the American Nuclear Society team (we weren’t as bad as you think. We got to the semis and had a game at the actual football team’s field house) and then coed with the same people as the coed soccer team.

note; Asians are much better at soccer than football haha

Winter:
-Mini Soccer- 4v4 indoor soccer. Walking to games in the middle of blizzards kind of suck though. Good to work on your footskills. Men’s just ended, Coed is starting up.

I do outdoor soccer in the fall and spring, and indoor during the winter. It’s a good time and a good way of meeting people. I also have done football in the fall, but the teams I’ve been on haven’t been very good since we didn’t really take it too seriously and practice much or anything, like MLD says some teams do. Basketball is also fun, and that’s in the winter. I go to GMU.
