So I don't exactly want to go to grad or business school right after undergrad, (I need some real life experience) however over the recent months, I am extremely interested in investment banking. So I am thinking I should work as an analyst after undergrad and I will probably go to grad school a little after that.

Just a bit of background on my part, I am currently a junior at UCLA, also, I am working on a social science degree. At the same time, I really don't know where to start, are my chances hindered while applying to these investment firms with a social science degree?

I was also looking into summer internships and they all seem very limited for social science majors(by the way I do have a very analytical background as I used to be a science major). I really don't know where to start at this point, and what I should do to improve my resume so that I can be an excellent candidate during the recruitment process.

Any tips?
