My student got this email: "As one of our highest achieving applicants, we would like to get to know you better by offering you the opportunity to participate in an optional Alumni CHATS Interview.
You will be matched with an alumnus/a who will submit an interview evaluation to the Tulane Office of Undergraduate Admission. This interview will provide the scholarship committee additional information and perspective about your potential fit for Tulane."
Does everyone who applied for Dean’s Honor Scholarship get this?
PS: She’s already been admitted and received Presidential Scholarship.
My kid is accepted, prez scholarship, applied for several of the additional merit scholarships. Exact same email.
I got the pres. scholarship too and applied to DHS and PT, but didn’t get the email! Looking at posts from previous years, it seems like they pick random top students for this interview… But today the admissions counselors are doing a chat session and I’m definitely going to ask about that. I’ll post back with their response
