Is 1 Good Leadership Role Enough?

Hello. I'm a rising junior here with these stats:
Unweighted GPA: 4.0
Classes taken:
Freshman:
Honors English 9
Honors Algebra II
Honors Bio
Gym
Spanish 2
Ancient and Modern World History
Sophomore:
Honors English 10
Honors Precalc
Honors Physics(equivalent to AP Physics B)
Honors Chem
APAH
Spanish 3

(Planned for Junior year):
AP Calc BC
AP Physics C
AP Chemistry
AP Human Geo
US History
Honors English 11
Honors Spanish 4

SAT: 2050 in 8th grade, but likely to go up a lot when I take it junior year since I got a 219 on the PSAT

I'm not too concerned with my raw stats (GPA/test scores), but if there are any concerns I'd like to know. What worries me is leadership positions. My extracurriculars are cross country, debate, Project X, JETS, Academic Superbowl, and Science Olympiad.
However, I only have a leadership role in Academic Superbowl, where I was captain of the Math/Science/Interdisciplinary teams. I did do well there, as we qualified for state and got 2 3rd's and a 4th when we normally don't go to state at all or only for 1 subject. However, I am in NO other leadership roles.

BTW, I am most concerned about merit scholarships for state schools, not so much Ivies. Does this count as a dearth of leadership for the IU Wells Scholarship or does the impressive Academic Superbowl thing count for enough?

One is fine but if you are not yet a junior why not try for more?

Well:
XC: I’m not even Varsity, so definitely no captain
Debate: elections already held
JETS: Maybe for this one, I’m not sure…
Project X: Same as debate
SciOly: Same reason as XC; only was alternate this year (our team is really good, 1st in Indiana; it’s really hard to make the team)

Something that you are devoted to would be great. If you can explain all the good that you did when you were in that leadership role, and how you passionately went above and beyond your duties, one role will suffice.

With your stats I think one leadership position is fine if you’re applying to a state school, but if you’re trying to get a merit based scholarship I would highly advised one more leadership position. It doesn’t even have to be an elected position, just stepping up and wanting to be a fundraiser or event coordinator shows leadership and dedication.
