Is 465 words too long for the extracurricular essay?

The prompts do not have word limits, and the extracurricular essay says "in the space below" which is pretty vague. I know it is supposed to be a short essay, and my other essays are right around the same length. It reads quickly and is pretty concise, but I'm wondering if there is a standard word length people adhere to for this essay?

The more troubling part is that you say your other essays are the same length. That’s too short for them. This one is whatever, mine was only 350.

CSIHSIS, everything I’m reading says the main essays are around 400-600 words. AKA about 1 page 1.5 spaced give or take. One of mine is 458, and another is 505…is that really too short?

My EC, personal, and SFS essays were 369, 492, and 585 words respectively, if that helps at all.

mine was 539 and i still got in

I think your essay lengths are fine!
Don’t add more words just to make them longer.

my extra curricular was only 249. But my others were 651 and 810, I figured I bought myself an extra 100 words for the SFS essay with my super short activity one :)

Mine was around 150 words, with my others being around 650 and 770, because I think being concise and clear was better than writing flowery words just to fill up language. So I think any length, really, is okay. :D
