Is a 106 (20 speaking) enough to get accepted into Stanford and the Ivy Leagues?

Hi!

The first time I took the TOEFL I got R: 29 L: 26 S: 22 W: 24 Total: 101
Then, I took the TOEFL again, and I got R: 30 L: 29 S: 20 W: 27 Total: 106

I want to apply to a CS undergrad program. Without looking the TOEFL scores, I think I have a good application, SAT II: Math2: 800, Physics: 790, 4 GPA, great letter of recommendations and essays, great extracurriculars. (Don’t have SAT scores yet)

I’m worried about the score I got in the speaking section.
I will apply early to Stanford, so I want to know if this score is enough for that university.

Does anybody know if that score (specifically in the speaking section) will hurt my application? THANKS!
