Is a 3.8 unweighted GPA for an Asian too low for top schools?

<p>With 'C's in AP Chem and 'B's in Euro, it looks like my GPA will be a 3.8 unweighted... My rank is pretty high, though. If I finish in the top 1% at the end of junior year, does it balance it out?</p>
