I got accepted to college park scholars with economics as my major. Keeping in mind that I'm going to be taking prereqs for med school in addition to my required econ classes, will it be difficult to maintain a high (above 3.5) gpa? I like econ and I'm decent at math and science. My other option is bioengineering at umbc honors (and then applying to med school). Any suggestions?

I’m a junior economics major and I’m pretty good at math and I currently have a 4.0 in all my econ classes. The material is difficult to grasp sometimes but If you study and are good at math there is no problem getting above a 3.5. Make sure to brush up on your multivariable calc after freshman year
