Is it easier to get into the UCONN branches istead of storrs??

How does the branches thing actually work?
Can you apply to both UCONN in Storrs and UCONN in Hartford?
Is it easier to get into one of UCONN’s branches?
Can you transfer from the branches to UCONN storrs?
If so, is it hard to transfer?

My friend got into the Stamford branch with a 1460 SAT and a 3.2 weighted GPA. The branches are way easier to get into

Question 1) You can apply to either. I think Common App mandates that you have a backup (I put UConn Hartford because it’s closer to me)
Question 2) Yes,I did that
Question 3) Yes, branches are way easier from what I have heard
Question 4) Yes, you can, from what guidance counselors have informed me of.
