I'm currently taking 5 Ap classes, one of which is AP Language and Composition. Though I am currently getting a B in the class, I feel that I don't understand rhetoric at all and I've just been bull*****ing my way through that class. I'm planing to drop down to normal or honor English if possible. How bad does it look if I drop 1 of my 5 AP classes?

Oh no, a B! You might as well just give up on anything challenging in life, there’s clearly no use in persevering and seeing things through to the end…

If you feel that you’d benefit academically and learn more from normal or honors English then I think that’s fine if you drop down, but don’t just drop down if you’re just upset with a B. If you feel like you’re wasting you’re time in AP Lang then drop down, but otherwise, it might be better if you just stick through it.

It’s not that I want to leave the class because of a B, it’s that I feel I’m most likely not gonna do well on the AP exam. We’ve taken older exams in class for practice and I’ve been scoring in the 30% constantly and we’ve taken 3 of them. Is it worth taking an AP class even though your most likely gonna fail the AP exam?

B = asian fail

naw jk im kiddin.
don’t drop.
that’s just foolish.
a 30% is still a 3-ish. You’ll still be passing…and plus not doing well on an AP test doesn’t give you any reason to drop the class.
i agree with caughtintraffic, it might be better if you just stick through it. who knows, maybe your teacher will slack off and be easier on you guys towards the end…at least that’s what my teachers do lol.
