Hi. I'm currently a sophomore in high school. So right now I'm in 3 AP classes: AP Comp Sci, AP Chem, and AP Euro. There is a extracurricular science academy that you can sign up for, where you can take extra classes like biotechnology and Emergency Medical Responders, for those who are dedicated to science. The thing is, I love science. It's my favorite subject. So I really want to take biotech (those who are in academy have to take it over the summer like me). The problem is I'm not sure if I can handle biotech along with taking 3 AP classes. Should I do it?

P.S: There is a biotech summer course that you could take, but the other problem is I'm planning on taking pre-calc over the summer along with SAT prep classes and I also might not be able to handle it.

do it.

i have many friends taking 3 aps with biotech.

btw ur a lucky sophomore, i only have 2 aps… :’(

Are you sure? Cause it’s an even number of people who are advising me to take it and not take it…-.-

depends… i go to a ridiculously competitive private school, so my friends will have different perspectives than the ppl telling u not to take it.
try it for the first week. if u dont think u can do it, drop it. dont go over 2 weeks thou.

Take it. Challenge yourself.

AP classes aren’t much harder than normal classes. They just give you a bit more work. Devote a few extra minutes a day, and you should easily fit biotechnology in.

I apologize for the crazy gravedig as well. This is likely much too late for you to change classes.
