Is it too late to apply and receive honors consideration/merit money consideration?

I toured Pitt and loved it but other more local schools kind of overshadowed it during my college search. I have applied to three others and am now really regretting not applying to Pitt, I really think its a perfect fit for me. I have strong stats, 2170 sat and 3.85 gpa, so I am expecting decent merit money at other schools like UD which I am instate for. Could I still apply to Pitt and have equal consideration for merit money and honors programs or is it too late?

@cestlavie95, The deadline to automatically be considered for scholarships was January 15. However, outstanding students may still be considered for scholarships.
