Is it too late to apply early action?

I was planning to apply for regular initially,
Finished my essay, app and my test scores will be comming in 11days.
I just wondered if it is too late, or not safe to apply early action.

You have nothing to lose to apply EA. If you could not make it, they will consider it in RD anyway. You still have time to submit EA application. They rarely reject anyone from EA but defer if not admitted.
