Is it Too Late?

I need to submit some information that I forgot to include in my application. I applied EA. I totally for got to list the various summer activities that I have done and competitions/conferences that I have attended. I just remembered that I forgot this information because I was working on an application for another college. Do you think its too late to send Yale this info? I typed everything out and it is about a page long...

It probably is too late.
But faxing it in now won't hurt you. Either they're going to reject you, in which case it won't have made much of a difference, they're going to defer you, in which case, it'll just be in your file for later perusal, or they're going to accept you, in which case it might help you, but probably not so significantly that they'll change their minds about you completely.
I say, live safe and send it, but don't expect it to change your decisions even IF they do get around to looking at it. You may already be decided. Who really knows.
