Is it tough to transfer into USC?

I am currently enrolled at USF (University of San Francisco). Previously, I had attended Penn State.

I have applied to USC twice already. Unfortunately I did not get admitted both times.

I am considering of applying to USC Marshall School of Business again this year. If I completed all the prerequisites with a 3.5 GPA, what are the chances or been admitted?

Thanks in advance!

Warning: Please don't take the statement below seriously. It is just my opinion and I am not an expert.

First, provided that this is your third attempt, truly exemplifies your interest in attending USC. Your GPA is decent and I am sure that being a 4-yearer you must be involved in some sorts of clubs. I AM SURE YOU WILL GET IN provided that you haven't accumulated too many credits from your current university and Penn State. Also, USC will definitely scrutinize the fact whether or not you availed internships at your respective 4-year universities.

*However, the only reason that might account for your third rejection (I hope not) is that it will be your 2nd transfer (Penn--->USF--->USC) which indeed is not looked upon positively by many universities.

At any rate, best of luck!

I agree with m.kenien here. Frequent transferring shows indecisiveness, which does not look good to the admissions departments. Not to heckle, but there is a huge difference between Penn and Penn State, maybe you just made a typo.
