I really want to get a job at Starbuck's, but I heard that they have cut back on their workers because of the economy. I never had a job before, but i do have work experience with my parent's restaurant since I was 11 years old. I'm pretty good with the cash register and serving customers. I have no experience with coffee, but I know how to make smoothies. I'm 17 years old and turning 18 on May 25th. I graduate from high school on June 9th. Anyone have any ideas if they hare high school students??? xD

I don’t know. But if you do want to try to work there, read “How Starbucks Saved My Life: A Son of Privilege Learns to Live Like Everyone Else” before filling out your application. It’ll give you some idea of what you’d do day to day as a Starbucks employee. It’s a quick read.
