<p>I presume you are speaking about the 2016 New SAT.
Yep. That is the question of the day for the class of 2017.
If I were 2017, I would focus on taking the ACT. I wouldn’t want to be the guinea pig for the new SAT. There is more information available for purchase, etc on the ACT.
There is a 200 page document (pdf) on the new SAT test specifications. Frankly, I think it will be harder than the current version SAT.</p>
