I say potential because my school like to change things around a lot. Last summer I planned to take World Religions, by the end of summer they moved me to Medical Ethics and now I'm taking Medical Ethics with different teacher. -_-. (That was partially my fault though. Dropped Advanced Yearbook)

Right now I might have:
Honors Philosophy (It's a religion. Not sure how much that'll even count)
AP English
AP Psych.
AP US Gov. (Taking 2 Social Studies and dropping language because it wouldn't fit in my schedule anyway)
Physics
Honors Algebra 3/Trig.
Considering that I took all regulars sophomore year except for 1 2nd semester, Took mostly honors freshman year but I had senioritis as a freshman (seriously), and ended up getting most of my honors back junior year but my total GPA still isn't very high because of freshman year, will colleges still look at me a say "Oh look, she's kicked it into high gear since she has 3 APs now!" or will my GPA still be looming.

@1017bricksquad: Those are all the APs my counselor suggested I take. I don’t think anymore would fit into my schedule D:. I could maybe move up to Honors Physics? The only reason she wouldn’t put me in that class was because she didn’t think my personality matched with the teacher’s, whatever that means.

@Bassoonapus: I didn’t think I was behind in math? Algebra 3/ Trig. is a common class for seniors at my school.

@Bassoonapus and @1017bricksquad: I’m a little confused. Algebra 2 and Pre-calc are separate classes at my school. I don’t know if it’s just my school that’s weird or if its just my state. I never realized that my math was off. I’ll check with my counselor.

@atheos: The only AP math my school offers is AP Calc and since I took regular math last year I’m not sure that I can get in. I’ll work on my science though. I might not get into AP Physics but I might be able to get at least Honors or do AP Bio or Chem. Thanks!

Advanced Yearbook only means that I took it the year before and I have to help out all the new kids. It just adds extra point my QPA (my school’s version of weighted GPA, I think)

I’ll try that and see if I can register at my Community College for a summer class.
Thanks!

The Head of the science department at my school said that it’d be unwise for me to go into AP Chem without taking Honors Chem at first but, she says I still have a chance at AP Bio depending on my grades in the last couple sciences. I think I have a good chance.

During the summer I’ll be juggling doing the summer camp my school runs, vacations, summer reading, AP Bio work, etc. So I don’t think the Community College thing is really an option right now.

Looking at my schedule like this what do you think?:

Social Justice/Honors Philosophy (Again religion classes. Don’t think they really matter.)
AP English 4
AP Psychology
AP US Government
AP Bio.
Honors Algebra 3/Trig.

How would something like a senior project effect an Admission person’s opinion on you?

@kimmylouie: Thanks for that! I was really confused. I was pretty sure that I was fine where I was and the majority of people at my school take that senior year or lower math classes. I didn’t think I was going to a bum school.

@Weeknd: Yeah. I go to a Catholic school so religion takes up one extra spot in my schedule. Looking forward to getting rid of that in college.
