I took SAT II in November, and I got 740 in Chemistry and 760 in Math II. I am applying Columbia through regular decision; I am also already signed up for the December test. I am thinking about retaking the tests or taking a new subject test. I don't know whether I should retake chemistry, take the biology and chemistry test, or not take the test at all and study for my December ACT? If I decide to take biology, that gives me little time to study, but it should not be impossible since I took AP Biology two years ago. My current ACT score is below average, will taking an extra subject test (of course do well) going to improve my application?

your scores are fine! be confident.

Is there any information on the average scores? I couldn’t find any on Columbia’s website. (800 Math2, 700 Physics)

Both of your guys score is fine! I think you just want to have at least a 1450 ish combined SATII and you’re in the safe zone. (Both being 700+ is a bonus too)

I know my scores are fine, I was just wondering if there was any information on it! Curiosity killed the cat.

thank you wg90210 and NWdivisionCHAMPS for boosting up my confident! Don’t think I will take the test in December then, and study for my ACT. The only thing is that I will waste $38 : (
