Is my TOEFL score good enough for college admission?

Hi, I am a rising senior in American high school and an international student. On June 30, I took TOEFL and got 97 (R: 29/L: 21/S: 23/W: 24). I am going to apply for Northwestern University, Washington University in St. Louis, Brandeis University, UIUC, U of Michigan, U of Miami, and UT Austin. I found out that a couple of schools like Washu, Northwestern, and Brendeis set the minimum score to be 100. I'm just short of 3 points and wonder if I can keep this score for application. Do I have to retake TOEFL and get over 100?

*I heard there are exceptions for requiring TOEFL. I got 630 on the SAT reading (total: 2050) and 27 on ACT english (total: 29). Next year will be my 4th year studting in the US.

For UMich, you have to take TOEFL if you are in the States for less than 4 years. It seems you may be short of the 4 year requirement to waive TOEFL.

You mean 4 years in the US except for senior year in high school?
Do they accept the 4 years of high school or not? I started from 9th grade.

You probably should ask the admission office directly. It seems you may be right at the cut off. My guess is, if yo have you whole high school in the States, it may be fine. Last time I asked them on my Korean neighbor’s behalf and he has been here for only 1 year. They said TOEFL is required if he has been here for less than 4 years.
