<p>I am really confused about this. The previous thread seemed to indicate it was and now my daughter received information from the financial aid office that they are not combinable.
Why would they send her two scholarships (one need and one merit) and then tell her she can only accept one of them?</p>
<p>I’ve never heard of two scholarships not being compatible. If you can’t get two different scholarships, I mightaswell not even apply. Maybe you could call the financial aid office? Sometimes it’s easier to explain something over the phone than over an email.</p>
<p>After calling and e-mailing, they said No. I agree–why send us two dif. scholarships if they know both cannot be accepted? Poor communication as far as I’m concerned…</p>
