I would love anecdotes or suggestions, especially from those that have taken the class. I'm debating whether I should self study for psych or spanish lit. I can't take both classes, so I figured I'd take the class for the harder one. Which one do you suggest? Is AP lit hard for non-native speakers?

I have taken Spanish Lang and Psych. Psych was kind of a self-study (took it over the summer, forgot everything by May), but I took the Spanish class. I’d say that you should take the Spanish class, because speaking the language daily is going to help you a lot more than a psych class. The psych test is pretty much just vocab…Can’t speak for AP lit though.

I took AP Language and took lit this year. There is nothing similar about that and I could not ever imagine taking ap lit by myself, especially as a non-native speaker. But even the native speakers don’t have ease. The class is really enjoyable, the stories are great, but I 100% think you won’t get as much out of it on your own
