Currently, I am accepted to the biochemistry major of the University of Texas at Austin. However, my mind is change; I want to major biomedical engineering! Since I heard that BME is very competitive major, I am not very confident on my SAT score (it is 2110; R: 620, M: 800, W: 690). Assuming I can improve my score, do you think taking SAT again at this point will give a significant positive impact on the holistic review of internal transfer?
Not knowing much about UT Austin, that sounds like a colossal waste of time.
ETA: You even got 800 in math? Dude, that’s prime engineering material.
