<p>I think alot of people will say both, but I don't think that the average CC member is that much more intelligent than the average person. I think the reason that they are here is that they are driven to succeed. What do you think?</p>
<p>Both. People here are definitely driven. Half of the people here won’t even be applying for college for another year and they are already freaking out over it. But many of the smartest kids on the planet are on this forum as well. I mean, look at how many posters on here have done an international olympiad (which, what, a hundred out of millions of students ever do?). Clearly extreme intelligence is involved along with work and practice.</p>

<p>Almost everyone here is more driven than the average person. Some are more intelligent, some aren’t.</p>
