Is the midyear report automatically sent as an update to colleges?

I tried searching but didn't find anything, I'm sorry if this is a ridiculous question but basically, when my counselor updated my school forms section on the commonapp, is it automatically sent to those colleges as an update?

Further, if a college did not receive my common app forms (even though i submitted and selected them correctly and all that), do I:
a. contact common app
b. contact the college
c. suck it up and print those forms and mail them to the college ASAP

Thanks!

On your first question: Your counselor must file a midyear report including a transcript from your senior year (i.e., with first semester or second trimester grades). This can be done online, but you do have to ask the counselor to do it.

On your second question: c, and possibly a. But c will probably be the easiest and quickest way to proceed. If you waived your FERPA rights, you’ll need the teacher(s) and counselor to print and mail the forms for you.

Thank you :)

Due to my sadly lazy nature, I succumbed to choice b 2 minutes ago and the voice on the other end told me not to worry until mid february b/c they’re still processing, she sounded extremely bored. Regardless, I don’t see how this makes any sense since the commonapp is sent in one piece…
