Is there a cost / aid estimator for UMich?

--somewhere on the website that is pretty close to the real results?

Yeah, its somewhere on the financial aid website, I remember using it like every other day last year.

I could not find the calc tool on the site and so I called FA, and I was told that there is not such a tool (that she was aware of) - that I 'd have to wait to see what the net price is after going thru the FA process next yr.

[University of Michigan Office of Financial Aid: Financial Aid Calculators](http://www.finaid.umich.edu/Financial_Aid_Basics/calculators.asp)

There isn’t one for uofm but you can use one of those.

^Actually, MCalc is U of M specific, I believe, but not necessarily accurate insofaras it cannot predict what kind of grants an in-state student might get, or the scholarship factor. It’s a good planning tool instate, though, because it pretty much gives you worst case EFC.

oh didnt see that one.

thank you for the link. You bested the FAO :)
