<p>yesterday i sent my background authorization form for this job i interviewed for. I got the form before the interview and they said send it in case they decided to move forward with me. I asked the HR person I sent it to confirm me once she received the background form so i am sure she got it. as of right now i still didnt get a reply from her so im worried im not considered anymore and thats why she didnt even bother replying..what do you think?</p>
<p>We HR managers can get pretty busy and swamped in paperwork 
It’s certainly possible that she didn’t have the time or simply forgot. Your best bet is to give her a call and just ask.</p>
<p>In February, I sent a question to someone in HR at a company that was actively recruiting me (as in, during the whole process, they needed to impress me more than I needed to impress them), and it took her a week to respond. HR managers get REALLY busy… I wouldn’t worry about it.</p>
