Is this a good SAT score?

I've already taken the SAT 3 times and each time I'm improving but less drastically. The most recent SAT score I received is a 2030, which (after "super-scoring") is a 2040 (not much, I know haha). My goal was to achieve over a 2000, but I don't know... Are these tests weighted heavily in the application process? How good is a score of a 2040? Is it bad if I take the SAT a fourth time?

In contrast to the SAT score, I have a 32 after taking the ACT for the first time and now I'm waiting for my second score. I'm really satisfied with my ACT score but the discrepancy between the two types of test is throwing me off... Is the SAT more important than the ACT?

Of course I realize that each college is different, but I just want your holistic judgements. I'm a really ambitious person and I plan on applying to two Ivy League schools. Scoff at me if you will, but honest advices are appreciated.

Thanks

Google the Common Data Set for your schools. Section C7 will show you how much weight is put on scores, section C9 will provide the 25 and 75 %ile.

My off the top of my head impression is that those scores are low for Ivy schools–you want to be over 2100 (well, more like 2200 to be really competitive). But by all means, check the data for the schools you’re interested in.
